Jan Pisarik, photographer for Ling Magazine

The artistic tandem formed by Jan Písařík and Carlos Be met again >to participate together in Ling. This November they published their first collaboration in the prestigious magazine of the airline Vueling titled El capricho del señor Gröbe / Mr. Gröbe's fancy. The text is run by Carlos Be and photographs by Jan Pisarik.

You can consult the magazine online. Below you can read the first part of report in English and Spanish:

Mr. Gröbe's fancy

Mr. Gröbe used to like taking a turn around his enourmous English garden in his wheelchair. The servant would stop at the southernmost boundary of the property and, with circumspection, the industrialist would contemplate the vineyards that, four hundred years earlier, had belonged to Charles IV. Apart from the curls on his meticulously shaped handlebar moustache, it is impossible to ignore another significant detail of Moritz Gröbe's appearance: his yellow clothing. He used to dress in yellow from head to toe. In his later years, this obsession extended beyond clothing. Only one completely yellow carriage used to speed along the paved streets in the district of Vinohrady, and everyone in Prague knew who travelled inside. +
